Match Review

Marcus Dinanga was at the heart of a stunning comeback as the the Bucks took away a 2-1 victory away at Nevermoor Park with the Telford attacker scoring twice.

The first goal came when in the first half Kane Felix had a poke at goal which saw his strike end up in the way of the back of the net. This was following two initial attempts which were blocked, the third was the pivotal one which capped off a period where the hosts were deservedly so ahead.

The Bucks then came back in the second half when Dinanga was on the end of a looped ball and nodded home ahead of the on rushing Brad Wade, the flick was enough to draw the Bucks level.

They then found the third and final goal of the game late on where Dinanga couldn’t have had a better experience in receiving the ball where a back pass was then firmly snatched upon as he went all the way and finished the shot well.

Michael Luyambula made a fine stop in injury time to prevent a late leveller after a header came in which the keeper managed to read and tip away for a corner.

Aaron Soleman had an effort that was dealt with appropriately by Luyambula as the hard and low shot looked to be heading in as the keeper read it all the way.

There was a loose back pass from the home side early on with Dinanga been gifted a dream chance to test the goalkeeper from well inside the box yet his shot lacked any conviction and then went wide.

Kick off.

10-The hosts on the ball and moving it around yet finding no room through the Telford structure, the Bucks happy to play in the attacking third when they can as Brendan Daniels slices an effort in the keepers arms.

19-Lee Shaw with the effort as it looks like the ball is rolling into the net yet a deflection is enough to clear the shot out for a corner.

31- A shot from inside the box looks like it might be going towards the middle of the goal but Theo Streete gets a block on the effort which goes wide.

37-Kane Felix with the finish as he lets a shot fly into the top corner after a series of shots which the Bucks defence managed to cope with. However at the third time of asking they found a way through.

42- Marcus Dinanga gets a strike away from a narrow angle as he strikes where the keeper can read it who then parries that ball away.

45- Chris Sang forces the Bucks keeper into a save with strong hands enough to keep the ball  out of the net.

Half time.

58- Daniels evades the backline and although he is free he can’t aim the shot downwards and  it goes over.

60-Marcus Dinanga with the perfect chance to shoot from a reasonable place and fluffs his lines when he had a chance he should have really scored from.

62-Dinanga with the equaliser as he anticipated a flick on from a free kick where he then glanced home from close range to make it 1-1.

67-Aaron Salemon goes close as he drills a strike destined for the bottom right with the Bucks keeper able to get across and deal with it.

82-Dinanga could’ve had a hat trick where he scoops a header central at the goal from a cross where the keeper shows superb technique to cover the shot.

86- Dinanga with his second at he latched onto a poor back pass where he stubs at a shot and the ball makes it way into the net.
