A product of our youth setup, Lauren has been rewarded for a great season last time out where she netted 27 goals for the Under 18s side in a season which saw the league snatched away from them due to COVID. Aged just 16, McCaffrey made her debut against Sandwell Ladies and picked up her first goal in senior football. Prior to lockdown she was also on hand with the winning goal in the local derby against Shifnal Town.
