Henry Cowans

Biography

Cowans ended a long association with Aston Villa when he was released by the club in June 2017, and signed for the Bucks in September 2016. The son of Gordon Cowans, who won both the league title and European Cup with Villa, Cowans junior signed terms in 2012 and was a regular for the under-18, under-21 and under-23 sides withour breaking into the senior side. He spent the 2016/17 season on loan at League Two side Stevenage, making 22 appearances. A fine first campaign for the Bucks saw new boss Gavin Cowan make him one of his first signings for 2018/19.
