Player of the Month- October
Under 11 Girls- Jasmine Millis
Jasmine is a strong force going forward already into double figures for goals scored. Her fast pace causes issues for defenders and has gone from strength to strength since she started with the club last year. She puts in 100% in both training and matches and her hard work and determination is second to none.
Under 12 Girls- Jessica Thomas
Jessica has had a solid month for the Under 12 Girls, keeping her head down in training and has done everything that has been asked of her in different positions during games.
Under 16 Girls- Charlie Lavelle
Charlie has performed well for the Under 16 Girls on the left of a back 3. Her improved attitude to training and gym sessions is showing in stronger and improved performances on the pitch this season rounded off with her first ever goal for the club against Leicester.
Under 18 Girls- Katy Cameron
Katy has been outstanding since she joined the current side this season; a great defender who reads the game very well. She possesses great pace and isn’t afraid to get forward winning girl of the game twice. She has also been ever present for the ladies side.
Under 10 Boys- Max Cornaby
Goalkeeper Max Cornaby wins the award for the Under 10 Boys after showing great progress so far this season and character in a mid season friendly against TNS. He is showing continuous progression with his technique and his hard work will continue to see him develop as the season progresses.
Under 11 Boys- George Hollis-Terry
George had an impressive October for the Under 11s in the heart of their midfield. He netted 3 goals in the month with a number of assists too leading by example. His effort and determination on the pitch was ever present in the final game of the month where his two goals helped the side comeback to beat Racing Club Warwick.
Under 12 Boys- Jacey Oliver
Always reliable in a number of positions on the pitch, Jacey gives everything to the team, listens intently and wants to improve as a footballer. Two great performances in the month, solid defensively against Mansfield and pulling the strings in midfield against Carl Baker Academy. Jacey is improving with each training session.
Under 13 Boys- Lenny Kearns
Lenny is another new signing that has transformed the side, a graceful CB that reads the game unbelievably well. He wins all his battles and has a calm nature when playing out that inspires the rest of the back 4 and GK. His performances have been a huge part in the Under 13s picking up 3 wins in the month.
Under 15 Boys- Jenson Bolton
A class act at right back for the Under 15 Boys, Jenson has been ever present at both ends of the field for the side that has seen them pick up 3 wins from 4 in the month. He was also on hand with a hat trick in the win over Solihull Moors to start the run.
Under 16 Boys- Conrad Muir
When the team suffered with regular centre backs injured, Conrad slotted in perfectly from his usual left back position. He demonstrates great calmness on the ball, reads the game well and isn’t afraid to take players on. He is always learning with his great mentality and attitude.
Under 18 Boys- Matty Boyle
Defender Matty Boyle has gone from strength to strength for the Under 18 Boys this season with a number of solid displays. He has been key to the side picking up two clean sheets whilst also opening his account for the season at the other end.
